sup David Greenwood.

Fortunately, it’s gone now, but this guy had stolen my html (apparently from yesterday’s front page) and changed my name to his. All of the links were still back to my page; all of the images were hotlinked. It seems he searched “none shall survive” and found my other site and upcomingish t-shirt line, ANSS. He then found my blog and decided he wanted to steal it. He bought noneshallsurvive.com and then asked for designers on a freelance web design site to copy my website for him. Wow. If he wants to be a designer and he’s asking other designers to copy my page there’s something really fucking wrong here. I’m lucky I caught it so early.

This website is a personal project. I am not a web designer and the code is mad buggy, but I had a lot of fun learning how to do this. I was definitely influenced by other web sites in format and looks (the grid system most obviously). But I wanted to learn what I was doing so I found the code I needed on web design blogs and sites dedicated to teaching. I guess I should be flattered that some kid in England wanted to jack my shit. I got him to remove it rather swiftly and hopefully he’ll think twice about doing something like this again.

quickbrownThe Quick Brown is a site that tracks changes in Fox headlines. It’s really interesting and looks pretty cool too in my opinion. The site is made by Jonathan Puckey who’s other work is definitely worth checking out as well.
